1 Year Limited Warranty for Sacksy Thyme ™

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Sacksy Thyme (“Sacksy Thyme ”). This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from https://www.sacksythyme.com (the "Physical Goods").

To activate your warranty, you must fill out the entire warranty form within 14 days of your purchase, including and most importantly, "purchased from, order ID, and 10 digit SKU".  Without full completion of the form, we will not be able to activate your warranty and thus will be void.  If you have questions regarding how to fill out the warranty form, please contact: support@sacksythyme.com.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Sacksy Thyme will repair or replace, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Sacksy Thyme will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Sacksy Thyme is 365 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. Replacement products are not covered under warranty.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: burning of product, water damage, burned odor from over heating, conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, abuse of the product, stains, product damage due to not following heating recommendations/instructions.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at support@sacksythyme.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you and ship the product back. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
